Makinley Sellars is a Dean’s List Supply Chain Management major at North Carolina A&T State University, building a strong academic foundation through coursework in supply chain, transportation, business communication, and data analysis. She brings skills in Excel, Power BI, organization, and team collaboration, and is active in several honors and leadership programs, including Alpha Lambda Delta, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and the TMCF Scholars program.
Her experience spans youth leadership, customer service, and administrative support, making her an excellent fit for our secretary. She has coordinated daily programming as a Camp Counselor, excelled as a top‑selling server while training new staff. Her internship with Homecare for the Carolinas/Rise Project strengthened her organizational and operational skills through managing confidential records, coordinating schedules, and supporting community toys & food donation initiatives. She also serves as Treasurer for Queen City Aggies and volunteer with the Boys and Girls Club.

Crystal Simmons‑Douglas has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through compassionate mental health and substance abuse services since 2003. Driven by a lifelong commitment to community care, she has also been actively involved in feeding and supporting underprivileged families across North and South Carolina since 2017. Crystal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Morris College and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University. Her work reflects a deep passion for service, advocacy, and empowering those in need.

Dr. Rajeshree T. Dimkpa, MD, is an experienced physician specializing in Psychiatry and Neurology, serving individuals and families in Salisbury, North Carolina. She earned her medical degree from Rostov State Medical University in 1995 and has been in clinical practice for over 25 years.
Dr. Dimkpa brings a comprehensive and patient-centered approach to mental and neurological health, combining decades of clinical experience with evidence-based treatment methods. Her dual specialization allows her to address complex conditions that involve both mental health and neurological components, ensuring well-rounded and thoughtful care.
She is dedicated to supporting patients through accurate diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and ongoing care aimed at improving overall well-being and quality of life. Dr. Dimkpa currently practices in Salisbury, where she is known for her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care.

Donnetta Graham is a Board Member for Faith Works Foundation. She serves as a psychotherapist in Charlotte, NC, where she provides mental health counseling for teens, aged 11 to 25.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, she specializes in trauma, substance use, and mood disorders. I am passionate about promoting individual growth and advancing mental health outcomes. I am committed to empowering individuals through evidence-based practices, advocacy, and compassionate support.
